5 Steps we take together

As your coach I offer a highly personalized supportive process with a laser focused approach, uniquely designed for you.

Our confidential individual sessions are conducted by telephone at times and days agreed upon.

You commit to the work and are held accountable to carry through in a way you establish with me.

We then enter into a co-active coaching process to achieve your most important goals in life, career and/or business.

Establish the Co Active-Coaching Relationship

This sets the guideline, limits and borders of the coach/client relationship.

1. Establish and maintain a relationship of trust.
2. The client and coach explore, question, discover, create and develop sustainable systems.
3. The coach supports the client to view the coach as their personal advocate and to see or start to see that change and growth are manageable.

initial assessment

This is where you clarify your short and long-term goals.
These goals are the foundation to create a plan to meet the objectives.

1. Clarify areas to work in and set goals.
2. Discover what motivates you and your style of doing things.
3. Identify values, style and what challenges or blocks you.

Action Plan

This is where a map of a path to achievable goals is created.

1. Set a workable realistic structured plan.
2. Ensure the goals and plan is workable.
3. Implement measurable steps to ensure progress.

client takes action

Client takes action and starts to follow the chosen steps.

1. The coach and client employ follow-up measures including feedback.
2. This may include journalling and visualizations regarding wins and loses.
3. The process is reviewed looking a progress, challenges and possible adjustments.

Point of completion

Point of Completion is the final process where the achievable goal has been met.

1. The client clearly sees the journey, growth and effective change that has taken place.
2. The coach honors the client and once more acknowledges the client’s strength and commitment to follow through.
3. Ultimately the client is empowered to step out from the coaching process to a more balanced and fulfilling life.
