How a Complimentary Session Works:

We begin the complimentary coaching session with a laser-focused examination of 8 keys areas of your life. This thirty-minute session is the essential way for you and I to discover if it is to our benefit to work together. If you decide you want to have me as your coach, we then discuss pricing, schedules and other steps to set up regular weekly sessions. If you decide this is not a fit, I am happy to direct you to something else or another coach that may support your progress.
